Das Holz habe ich im Internet gekauft. Ich habe mich dabei f\u00fcr t\u00fcrkischen Nussbaum entschieden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>As I found some wooden handles for my rocket cellini in the internet for a price of 289 EUR, I decided to do them myself. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I bought some wood from Turkish walnut in the internet and startet my project. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich baute mir aus einer Bohrmaschine und einigen Kleinteilen aus dem Internet eine Drechselbank. Ich habe versucht die Kunststoffteile 1:1 nachzubauen, lediglich beim Griff des Siebtr\u00e4ger habe ich die Form variiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06021-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1647\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06019-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1648\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ersten beiden Teile waren einfache Griffe, da sie technisch nicht gro\u00dfartig aufwendig waren. Im Griff des Bezugshebels habe ich ein Gewinde eingeklebt und in den Griff des Siebtr\u00e4gers eine Gewindestange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eingeklebt habe ich alle mit 2K-Epoxidharzkleber. Auch kleinere Risse im Holz habe ich damit geschlo\u00dfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The first two handles where quite easy to make. I built a turning machine of my drilling machine. After finishing the handles I just had to glue in some threads. Die Form habe ich anhand einer Schablone per Hand ausges\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_9066-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1657\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The two knobs were much more difficult and it took me a second try. I used a template to cut out the form with a saw by hand.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06020-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1658\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und so sieht das dann montiert aus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als letztes Teil wollte ich nich den Deckel der M\u00fchle tauschen. Das hat von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe her gerade noch so auf meine Drechselbank gepasst. Oben in der Mitte ist ein St\u00fcck Ebenholz eingearbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06022-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1659\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The last part was the cover of my coffee grinder. It was I tight fit in my turning machine, but it worked our well. At the top I added a ebony insert.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06026-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1660\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06027-868x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1661\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s get some coffee!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/DSC06030-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1662\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein echtes Schmuckst\u00fcck in meiner K\u00fcche. Ich bin froh das Projekt so abgeschlossen zu haben. Und der Kaffee schmeckt nun einfach noch besser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>It&#8217;s a perfect match in my kitchen. I am really happy to finally got that done.
