Die Wellen lie\u00dfen etwas zu w\u00fcnschen \u00fcbrig. Zum Essen trafen wir noch die Jungs aus Marrakesh. Und die Katze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Just after arriving in Taghazout we took a walk through the small village exploring the coastline. Swell didn&#8217;t arrive yet and so we met the guys from Marrakesh for dinner.<\/em> And a cat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2709-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2009\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2711-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2010\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen wurden wir von den Fischern geweckt, die mit ihrem Fang an den Strand kamen. Wir machten und auf zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und planten eine Fahrt nach Tamri &#8211; ein Surfspot im Norden von Taghazout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Awaken by the fishermen, which came in with their catch, we went out for a breakfast. Later we were driving north to Tamri, a surf spot few kilometers away.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/DSC07296-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2011\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was wir nicht wussten, ein verr\u00fcckter Tag nahm seinen Lauf: <br>Zuerst fuhren wir uns auf der Suche nach dem Spot ziemlich heftig im Sand fest und ben\u00f6tigten 1,5 Stunden um wieder loszukommen.<br><br>Auf dem R\u00fcckweg wurden wir von der Polizei angehalten, da wir wohl zu schnell waren. 150 Dirham war der Preis: was soll&#8217;s wir wollten bezahlen und schnell weiter. Wir hatten aber nur 200 Dirham als Schein und der Polizist ging zum Wechseln zum Obsth\u00e4ndler seines Vertrauens nebenan und kam mit &#8211; <em>tada<\/em> &#8211; zweimal 100 Dirhamscheinen zur\u00fcck. <br><br>Mist, da konnte man also wieder nicht auf 150 Dirham rausgeben. Also wurde er gutm\u00fctig und setzte den Preis auf 100 Dirham runter. Soweit so gut. Hannes fragte dann nach einer Quittung und es wurde noch kurioser: <br><br>Da er uns keine Quittung ausstellen konnte &#8211; wohl weil er nicht die voll 150 Dirham eingenommen hatte &#8211; gab er uns einfach die restlichen 100 Dirham wieder zur\u00fcck. Er kontrollierte noch Hannes Handy, weil er vermutet hatte, dass ich ihn fotografiert h\u00e4tte. <br>Wir fuhren wieder nach Taghazout und mussten erstmal was Essen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2722-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2013\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2722-scaled.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/?attachment_id=2013\" class=\"wp-image-2013\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2723-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"2014\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2723-scaled.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/?attachment_id=2014\" class=\"wp-image-2014\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>What we didn&#8217;t know so far: This day had some curiosities for us.<br>On our search for the surf spot we got stuck in the sand and it took us 1,5 hours to get back on the main road again.<br><br>On our way back we were stopped by the police because of speed violence.<br>That guy charged us 150 dirham, but we just had a 200 dirham note. So the officer went to the fruiterer next door and came back with &#8211; tada &#8211; two 100 dirham notes. So still no chance to pay the 150 dirham and get our change. That guy stated to get soft and reduced the charge to 100 dirham and we payed. But wait, it is not over yet!<br><br>Hannes asked for a receipt and the officer told us he could not give one because we didn&#8217;t pay the full charge. As Hannes started to grin, he gave us back all the money and let us go. Nach einem kurzen hin  und her gingen wir bei devils rock ins Wasser und hatten einen stark windigen surf. <br><br>Nach 2 Stunden fuhren wir dann wieder nach Taghazout und trafen einen Freund eines Freundes. We decided to surf at devils rock and hat a stormy surf. <br>After two hours we went back to Taghazout where we met a friend from a friend. \ud83d\ude42 We started another try to find waves and less wind, but gave up one hour later.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>On Wednesday we drove along the coastline to Essaouira. I had trouble with my stomach and with this I lost energy to explore things. Anyway we stopped at Imsouane, the longest wave of Maroc (so they say).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am Mittwoch fuhren wir dann der K\u00fcste entlang Richtung Essaouira. Bei mir zeichnete sich eine Magenverstimmung ab und die Lust an Unternehmungen sank leider. Dennoch schauten wir uns noch Imsouane an, die wohl l\u00e4ngste Welle Marokkos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gonetosee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_2754-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2023\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Essaouira kamen wir am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag an und bezogen unser Quartier im Riad Dar Ness. Mittendrin mit Blick auf den Hafen. Es fing dann leider an zu regnen und wir huschten von einem Laden zum n\u00e4chsten und versuchten uns in den unz\u00e4hligen Gassen zurecht zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We arrived in Essaouira in the afternoon and went to our riad Dar Ness in the center of the old town with a nice view on the harbor area. Am Ende des Strandes konnte man tats\u00e4chlich brechende Wellen erkennen. Ein Local gab uns noch einen Tipp und wir entschieden uns aufzubrechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The next morning we went to the harbor for having a view over the beach, still searching for waves. And luckily you could see some waves breaking at the other end. Eigentlich macht mir kaltes Wasser nichts aus, aber der Atlantik war schon ziemlich frisch.<br>Am Nachmittag st\u00fcrzten wir uns nochmal in die Altstadt und besorgten kleiner Mitbringsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>After 1,5 hours surfing I had to leave the water. May stomach said &#8222;quit&#8220; and my feet were freezing cold. Die Fahrt dauerte fast 3 Stunden. Wir lie\u00dfen unser Auto reinigen und kamen p\u00fcnktlich am Flughafen an. Gegen 22 Uhr waren wir dann wieder in Stuttgart. Auch wenn der Magen am Ende etwas ungem\u00fctlich war, werde ich sicher wieder nach Marokko reisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>On Friday we were hitting the road to Marrakesh. It took us nearly 3 hours. We had our car cleaned and arrived at the airport in time. Around 22.00 we were back in Stuttgart.
