Es gibt diese Orte, an denen man sich so wohl fühlt, dass man immer wieder dort hin muss. Und deswegen fahre ich immer wieder an die französische Atlantikküste südlich von Bordeaux – Les Landes.
There are these places. Your favourite places, which you will visit over and over again. One of my favourite places is „Les Landes“ in southwest of France.

Das hängt viel mit Erlebnissen, mit Menschen und allen möglichen Sinnen zusammen. Der Geruch von Pinienwäldern, das Salzwasser auf der Haut, die Wärme der Sonne , die Weite des Ozeans oder das Gefühl, wenn du eine Welle surfst.
And it is all connected with experiences you made, with special persons or feelings. The feeling you get when you surf a wave, the warmth of the sun, salty water on your skin or just by feeling the width of the ocean.
It is all about the details.
Und immer wieder stelle ich diversen Menschen die Frage: „Denkst du, man schätzt das Meer immer noch so sehr, wenn man an in seiner Nähe lebt?“ – Nun, man kann es nur vermuten, aber ich denk, JA man tut es.
And everytime I am at the ocean I ask people: „You think, you would till love the ocean as much as you do right now, if you would live by it?“ – Hard to say, but I guess: Yes, you would do so.
Sogar die Sterne scheinen dort scheinbar noch heller.

Ein nebliger Morgen. Die Croissants machen das aber wieder wett. Es ist eine ganz besondere Stimmung morgens auf dem Campingplatz sowie am Strand. Es liegt eine bedächtige Ruhe über Allem.
Ein weiterer Grund, da bald wieder hinzufahren.
