Unsere Route durch Ungarn führte uns noch nach Eger. Einer Stadt inmitten eine Weinbaugebietes im Nordosten Ungarns. Nach einem kleinen Rundgang durch die Altstadt, besuchten wir noch das Tal der schönen Frauen. Etwas ausserhalb liegt dieser Platz voller Weinkeller, der zum probieren nur so einläd.
Im Bückgebirge nördlich von Eger unternahmen wir noch eine Radtour auf die Hochebene, wo das ungarische Nationalgestüt weidet.
Auf dem Weg dorthin schauten wir uns noch die heißen Quellen an und entschlossen uns die nächsten 3 Tage einen Abstecher in die Ukraine zu machen.
Our route through hungary led us to Eger, a city in north east of hungary. Eger is located in a known wine area.
We visited the oldtown and the „valley of the beautiful women“, which is actually a place where you can taste a lot of local wine.
The next day we went biking in the „Bück“ mountains north of Eger and we found the hungarian national stud out there.
On our way we had a quick stop at the hot springs.
That day we also decided to have a short look to the Ukraine for the next 3 days. So we say ciao hungary!!
